The BCRI Executive Team met the Archbishop His Grace Peter Machado at the Archbishops's House. His Grace expressed his gratitude to the team and wished them the very best in this new endeavour and responsibility.

The first group meeting of BCRI with Fr. Xavier Manavath the episcopal Vicar for Religious India, was conducted at 11.45am at Bishop's House Bangalore on 3 rd September 2022. Fr. Xavier Manavath led the group in prayer to start the meeting. He welcomed everyone and congratulated them for saying 'Yes' to this challenging role and the duties and responsibilities unfolding ahead.

Focussing on the functioning aspect. Fr Xavier explained about ‘Atha Intra’ and 'Atha Extra.' Anything directly connected to the creation of the religious formation is referred to be 'Atha Intra,' aimed at religious. To Concentrate particularly on the consecration, communion, and mission. The term "directed to the mission" is 'Atha Extra.'

The meeting concluded with appreciating each other and greeting all the best by Fr. Xavier Manavath.
